About Us

She Got a Plan Foundation is dedicated to empowering girls ages 8–18 with the confidence, skills, guidance, and support they need to create a positive future for themselves.

We believe every girl deserves the opportunity to dream boldly, discover her strengths, and develop a plan for where she wants to go. Through mentorship, life-skills education, leadership development, workshops, community involvement, and meaningful experiences, we help girls prepare for the next chapter of their lives.

At the heart of our Foundation is also the power of positive women supporting the next generation. We create opportunities for women to encourage, mentor, inspire, and lead by example while building a community rooted in sisterhood and service.

From our youth programs and community givebacks to our annual Mother Daughter Brunch and other signature initiatives, everything we do is centered around creating stronger girls, stronger connections, and stronger communities.

The mission of She Got a Plan Foundation is to empower girls ages 8–18 with the confidence, life skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to dream boldly, set meaningful goals, and create a plan for their future. Through positive guidance, education, leadership development, and community involvement, we are building a supportive village where girls can grow, lead, and thrive.
